Main Course
Choice of one of the following:

Grilled Rib Eye – 6oz dry aged for 21 days served with a choice of sauce- red wine demi-glace, blue cheese, or Brandy peppercorn. Served with vegetable of the day & Jameson Mashed potato.

Stuffed Risotto Pepper – roasted bell pepper stuffed with a risotto and a mixture of seasonal vegetables.

Blackened Cod – sauteed North Atlantic cod filet, garnished with pico de gallo, accompanied by wild rice with dried fruit & green beans almondine

Donegal Chicken– breaded organic chicken breast infused with garlic herb butter served with green beans almondine and jameson mash
